FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Can I still attend the workshop If I don't have a bar muscle up yet?

A: Absolutely. All workshops are learning environments to add tools and grow. There will be so much value to be taken away from the drills that will improve other area of your own bodies strength and gymnastic movements.


Q: What should I bring to the workshop?


A: If you have gymnastics grips feel free to bring those. Athletic tape for your thumbs. Neither are required. The only thing required is an open and coachable mind. 


Q: I have a shoulder injury. Can I still participate safely?


A: While we admire your desire and determination - in an effort to keep you safe we would recommend you not if your shoulder hurts already. 

Q: I've been struggling with kipping pull-ups. Should I still attend the workshop?

A: If you desire to improve in all your gymnastics then absolutely. It is always helpful when are struggling to get eyeballs on us to help us understand why and how we're struggling so we can make improvements. 


Q. Will there be progressions for beginners, or is the workshop geared towards advanced athletes?

A: All progressions are doable and athletes choice whether to perform them.


Q: What if I don't achieve a bar muscle up by the end of the workshop?


A: That's okay! Rome wasn't built in a day. Deposits into the correct technique, understanding and learning of HOW to and how to better are not only keys to the bar muscle up but keys to your safety with this movement!
