Focus:  Booty, Arms and Core [Hypertrophy Training NOT CrossFit]

Length:  8 weeks

Day & Time: Tuesday & Thursdays -12-12:45 pm

  • 16 Personal Training Sessions - 2x 45 min sessions a week.

  • 2 Day a week at home Walking Program [15-30 min/day]
